Fusion groups

WHAT IS FUSION?

The purpose of Fusion Groups is to provide a safe harbor so that no leader navigates life or ministry alone. This  is accomplished through groups of 2-7 leaders who focus on three  important Waypoints: 

1) Practical Peer Learning, 

2) One Another Care, 

3) Empowering Ministry through Prayer. Fusion Groups are often affinity  based, offering groups for Lead,  Associate, Next Generation, Executive,  Worship Pastors, and Elders. In some cases, they are even sized-based,  so leaders can better function in ministry in their specific context. 

In  addition to these Fusion Groups, Waypoint offers Horizon Mentoring Groups, which connect a more experienced leader to lesser experienced ones. Virtual Cohorts, our newest format of peer groups, seeks to connect leaders who live greater distance from one another.
